Our History
We have been serving the community for over 20 years, providing a space for people to come together and connect with the Humanist. Our founders believed in the transformative power of faith, and we continue to hold that belief close to our hearts.

*Our Beliefs**

As Humanists, we embrace the transformative power of love, forgiveness, and grace. We strive to embody these values in our daily lives and inspire others to do the same. We believe that every individual has a unique purpose and place in the world, and that we are all interconnected in ways we may not fully comprehend.

**Promote a Just and Equitable Society:** Humanists uphold the inherent dignity of every person, affirming that all individuals possess equal worth and should be recognized as valued members of society.

**Advance Reason and Critical Thinking:** Humanists advocate for logic and evidence-based decision-making. Our mission includes promoting education, fostering scientific literacy, and combating misinformation. This may involve taking on roles as educators, scientists, journalists, or advocates in science communication.

**Celebrate Human Potential and Creativity:** Humanists cherish human expression and achievement. Our mission is to cultivate creativity in the arts, sciences, and technology, potentially leading us to careers as artists, writers, inventors, or entrepreneurs.

**Protect and Care for the Environment:** Recognizing our role within the natural world, Humanists often advocate for environmental causes. Our mission emphasizes sustainability, conservation efforts, and combating climate change, which may inspire us to work in environmental science, policy, or activism.

**Build a More Compassionate World:** Humanists greatly value empathy and understanding. Our mission involves promoting peacebuilding initiatives, interfaith dialogue, and social work, which could lead to careers as counselors, mediators, or roles in international development.
